Local couple seek money for life-saving treatment

8-month-old Maxwell was born with cerebral palsy and HIE

A local couple, whose baby was born with a rare medical condition, is looking for your help in raising money to get life-saving treatment.

In February, Edward and Naomi Perry's son Maxwell was born with cerebral palsy and a severe case of HIE -a condition that reduces the blood and oxygen flow to the brain.

He needs stem-cell therapy, which can't be accessed on the Island, nor the UK, but is available in Panama.

Since returning from Central America, Edward says he's seen progress in Maxwell after the treatment:
