Man awaits sentencing for resisting police

Twenty-two-year-old admits to offence

A man from Peel has been allowed to live with his mother while he awaits sentencing for resisting police.

Twenty-two year-old Zachary Thomas Hardy, of Castle Street, admitted the offence and causing criminal damage at Castle Apartments on 10 March.

His advocate asked High Bailiff Jayne Hughes to vary a bail condition to let Hardy stay at his mother’s home on Glen Darragh Road in Glen Vine.

The variation was allowed, and Hardy will appear before Mrs Hughes again on 30 April.
