43-year-old bailed
A man will go on trial later this year, after allegedly breaching a restraining order on social media on the day it was made.
Forty-three-year-old Andrew Fenton of Cronk Grianagh in Strang appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
At an earlier hearing, he’d pleaded not guilty to breaching the order and misusing a telecommunications system on 19 November.
He was bailed, and will next appear at a one-day trial before magistrates on 12 July.
