Man suffers broken teeth in 'disturbance'

Incident in Douglas investigated

Police were called to what was described as a 'large-scale disturbance' in the early hours of Saturday morning.

It happened outside the Colebourn shop on Victoria Street in Douglas.

Officers say the incident had stopped by the time they got there, but found a man who had been left with two broken teeth and scratches on his neck and back.

A 21-year-old man has been arrested and is assisting police with their inquiries.
