Fun fitness event on Douglas Promenade
You can walk, jog, run or cycle this evening (Monday) – alone or with a group of friends – all to raise money to fight a rare condition.
The fun event is being organised to fundraise for the Manx MSA, a community charity that funds research into Multiple System Atrophy.
Locals are asked to meet at the Bottleneck car park on Douglas Promenade at 6pm.
Fitness instructor Donna Whalley says the event is all very relaxed.
