Comes amid concerns Manx Care will not meet its financial targets
The new health and social care minister says she's 'laser-focused' when it comes to getting Manx Care's finances in order.
Claire Christian faced questions about them in the House of Keys yesterday (3 December).
When pushed she refused to answer whether or not she thinks the healthcare provider will achieve its financial targets in the next two years without impacting frontline services.
However Ms Christian says it's her priority to turn things around:
The Douglas South MHK was appointed to the role - her first as a minister - as part of a reshuffle of the Council of Ministers.

She takes over from Alfred Cannan who was holding the post on an interim basis following the resignation of Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper in October.
Last week Mr Hooper asked Mr Cannan the same question - you can find out more HERE.
Manx Radio has requested an interview with Ms Christian about her new role as DHSC Minister.
