Skelly calls for 'change and help' over Christmas period
The President of Tynwald is calling on the Island's politicians to think about what they can do to help those facing financial challenges this Christmas.
Laurence Skelly says it's important for elected officials to think of those not as fortunate as themselves.
The Christmas and New Year period means a four-week break from sittings for Tynwald members.
But Mr Skelly says it's important members use this time to think about others:
