Bell underlines OECD anger at blacklist

The Chief Minister says a black list of tax havens appears to be in direct opposition to current thinking by the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development.

The list was published by the European Commission and says it considers countries outside of Europe.

The OECD has now released an e-mail, criticising the appearace f rhe list, which includes Guernsey.

Allan Bell says the current thinking is not to publish such lists at all.
