Ballakermeen and QEII seeking new leadership

New head teachers are being sought to run two of the Island's secondary schools.

Ballakermeen and Queen Elizabeth II High School are recruiting.

Both of their head teachers - Adrienne Burnett and Sue Moore - are retiring.

The top salary for Ballakermeen is £115,483 whilst the maximum salary for QEII is £90,379.

Education, Sport and Culture Minister Julie Edge says that it will leave a gap, but provides an opportunity.
