Late Lunch listen again: Mike Kewley

We were joined again today by Mike Kewley, who took us through a mindfulness practice about 'sitting with your emotions'. It can be helpful for all kinds of issues and challenges, from pain and discomfort, to addictions, to feelings of fear and anxiety. 

At this time of year, Mike explained that the practice would be particularly helpful for anyone with a fear of flying and he gave some excellent hints and tips about the same.

Of course, the Tiger was the champion...
