Family and friends gathered at Corinthians’ football club last weekend – where Joe played - to pay tribute to the teenager, celebrating his life with a minute’s applause and release of balloons.
One of his coaches, Graham Bell, says he was a special guy and a real character.
BA: The service will be held at St Mary’s Church in Douglas at midday before a reception at the Villa Marina.
