Man denies resisting police officers

Pleads not guilty to charge on Victoria Street

A Douglas man accused of resisting police will appear in court again later this year.

Fifty-one-year-old James Jeremy Rennison of Clarence Terrace appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.

He’s pleaded not guilty to a single charge of resisting police officers on Victoria Street in the capital on 4 August.

Magistrates bailed him in the sum of £500 to appear again at a pre-trial review on 22 December.
