PSPA vice chair agrees members must have as much information as possible
Public Sector Pensions Authority vice chairman John Shimmin has told the House of Keys that the pensions issue is a challenge not a crisis.
Mr Shimmin was speaking during the debate in the court this morning.
East Douglas MHK Chris Robertshaw's motion, requesting that the Council of Ministers provide the House with more information before changes to public sector pensions schemes are considered in Tynwald, was unanimously supported.
Mister Shimmin said he believed there was a way forward but agreed it was important members had as much information as possible.
