Ramsey’s 30 month unbeaten home record was wiped away in less than an hour by Ruskin Park, with the visitors handing out a rugby lesson on their way to a 29-3 win.
Karl Jones and Adam Leadbetter both went in for tries early on and when Adam Fogerty converted Leadbetter’s try, Ruskin Park were 12-0 in front.
Shaun Wyllie pulled Ramsey back into it with a penalty to leave it 12-3 at half-time.
Ruskin Park pulled clear, however, in the gloom of the second half with tries from Ricky Hall, Chris Halsall and Fogerty, plus one more Fogerty conversion.
