Twice daily service from Thursday (12 March)

Loganair will operate a twice daily service between the Isle of Man and Liverpool from Thursday (12 March).

The announcement has been made in the House of Keys where there are five urgent questions regarding last week's collapse of Flybe.

That left the Island without air links to Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester.

Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer says patient transfer appointments will be a priority:

Talks with operators continue to try and secure air services to Birmingham and Manchester.
